Patricia Teter   (Physical Education/Coach - Arthur Hill High School)

Teter, Patricia 73, of Saginaw, MI died Tuesday evening, February 23, 2021, at McLaren Bay Region Hospital. She was born on January 10, 1948, in Adrian, MI, the only daughter of Junior and Ila (Dewey) Teter. She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Larry Teter. Pat lived her formative years in Adrian, where she graduated high school in 1966. She went on to Central Michigan University, earning her Master of Arts Degree. Pat was a professional educator for 34 years, teaching numerous grade levels and subjects for Saginaw Public Schools. She was instrumental in developing the girls' athletic teams, transforming basketball, volleyball, and softball from team sports to varsity competition. Many of her varsity teams won district and regional championships. During her coaching career, she impacted many young women who went on to become college athletes.

Pat enjoyed Sugar, Bailey, Izzy, and Lexy, her beloved Golden Retrievers! Her pastimes included camping, kayaking, golfing, and occasional trips to the casino. Surviving to mourn her loss are many dear friends and coworkers that she met during her lifetime. Cremation has taken place. A private interment will occur in the Fairfield Cemetery near Adrian. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Wagley Funeral Home, Adrian.
