Kim Withrow, beloved husband, father, and brother passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at his home at age 55. Son of the late William and Wilma (Bluem) Withrow, Kim was born April 14, 1958 in Saginaw, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Navy. Kim attained his Masters of Social Work at Eastern Michigan University. He married Barbara J. Hosler on October 31, 1981. She survives him. Kim was employed at Bay Arenac Behavioral Health as a Clinical Program Manager retiring June 1, 2013 after 25 years of service. Kim was the chairman of the DBT Team and member of the Elder Abuse Response Team. He was also employed at List Psychological in Saginaw as a Therapist. Kim was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and a lector at the church. Kim was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #4232. Surviving besides his wife Barbara are one daughter and one son, Sara Withrow and her boyfriend Chris Blythe, Florida; Andrew Withrow, Saginaw; three brothers, William and Mary Helen Withrow, Seattle; Dan Withrow, Saginaw; Jeff and Bonnie Withrow, Bay City; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Raymond and Betty Hosler, Saginaw; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
